The IIS Shop specialises in the sale of digital books (eBooks) and audiobooks. Most of the works featured on this website are published and sold through our affiliated company, Islamic Publications Ltd. (IPL).
- Audiobooks: Our audiobooks are available in MP3 format, which is compatible with most media players and devices.
- eBooks: Our eBooks are provided in PDF and ePub format, secured with DRM (Digital Rights Management) or sometimes called Social Watermark, to prevent unauthorised copying, distribution, and printing. Each eBook is watermarked visibly and invisibly with the purchaser’s order number, email address, name, and date of purchase. DRM protection means you cannot print, copy, or share the content beyond your personal use.
- Payment methods: We currently accept card payments only, including major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway with encryption to ensure the safety of your financial information.
- Purchasing restrictions: At present, our services are primarily available to customers within the United Kingdom. We plan to expand our availability to other countries in the future, and any changes will be updated in these terms.
- Delivery method: Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to download your purchased audiobooks or eBooks. The link will direct you to a secure download page.
- Delivery timing: The delivery email is automated, and you should receive it shortly after the transaction is completed. If you do not receive the email within a few hours, please check your spam or junk mail folders. If the email is still not received, contact our customer support at bookshop@iis.ac.uk for assistance. Please include your order number for faster service.
Due to the nature of digital content, once you have successfully downloaded an eBook or audiobook from our website, we are unable to offer a refund on your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your download or believe there has been an error, please contact our customer support team at bookshop@iis.ac.uk. In exceptional cases, such as technical issues preventing access to the content, we may consider a refund. Please see our Return & Refund policy for details.

During the account creation process, you will need to provide a valid email address and create a secure password.
